Hello! I’m Emily, currently pursuing my PhD in Bioengineering. I earned my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University. Previously working as a Writing Fellow at Tufts, a Fellowship Coach through GPS, and a Communication Consultant at CAPC here at Rice, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of students at different stages of their academic careers. Through these experiences, I’ve found coaching science and engineering students on transforming their quantitative data into a compelling visual and written story to be one of the most fun puzzles, and I look forward to working through your storytelling with you. Outside of the lab, you can find me running around Hermann Park or exploring the (fantastic) Houston food scene!
